Section 88-17-4 - Responsibilities of the adjutant general

The office of the adjutant general shall:

(a) Assist in the publicizing of the ROTC tuition waiver program through channels of communication available to the adjutant general's office; and

(b) notify the board of regents as to the failure of any eligible participant in the program to accept a commission and to serve four years in the Kansas national guard.
