Section 88-13-6 - Hearing procedure

If the executive director determines that an applicant is not eligible for a tuition grant offer or state scholarship offer, the applicant may submit written material concerning the determination of the executive director to the board. The board shall review the material and make a determination of the applicant's eligibility.
