Section 82-9-18 - Filing and service of complaints

(a) An original and six copies of a complaint shall be filed with the commission by the 18th day after the filing date of the contract. A copy of the complaint shall also be served on each railroad listed as a railroad participating in the contract, by hand, express mail, or other overnight delivery service.

(b) An original and six copies of a reply shall be filed by the 23rd day after the filing of the contract and a copy shall be served upon the complainants.

(c) Any appeal of the commission's decision shall be made at least two work days prior to the contract approval date.
