Section 82-4-2 - General duty of carrier(a)Each motor carrier shall instruct its officers, agents, employees, and representatives to comply with all the regulations of the commission.(b)Each motor carrier and its officers, agents, employees, and representatives shall comply with the regulations of the commission and with any reasonable requests of the commission or its authorized agents for inspection or examination of any operating credentials of motor carrier equipment or required parts and accessories.(c)Each motor carrier who has obtained a certificate, license, or permit from the commission shall notify the commission within 10 days of any change of business or mailing address.Kan.
