Section 81-5-17 - Standard manuals exemption

The following printed or electronic versions of securities manuals shall be designated by the administrator for use under K.S.A. 17-12a202(2)(A)(iv), and amendments thereto:

(a) "S&P capital IQ standard corporation descriptions"; and

(b) "mergent's manuals."
