Section 80-5-21 - Partial lump sum option; recovery of debt owed by member to system

If a member elects a partial lump sum option pursuant to K.S.A. 74-4918(3)(G) and amendments thereto, any debt owed by the member to the system may be recovered as an offset against the member's partial lump sum distribution.
