Section 80-45-4 - Participation of full-time school lunch employees required

After September 1, 1965, any full-time school lunch employee on the regular payroll of a school district shall establish membership in the Kansas school retirement system unless exempted under the options provided in K.S.A. 72-5531. Such an employee shall be classified as full time when the job assignment requires 30 or more hours per week.
