Section 66-8-2 - Architectural examination
(a) The examination required of an applicant for architectural licensure shall be the architectural registration examination as prepared by the national council of architectural registration boards (NCARB).
(b) The examination shall be graded by the NCARB, subject to approval by the board.
(c) Each applicant who has passed a section or sections of previous registration examinations shall be granted transfer credits in accordance with the rules approved by the board. These rules shall be available from the board upon request.
(d) Each applicant for a professional license shall take and pass all sections of the architectural examination and meet the architectural experience requirements under K.S.A. 74-7019.
