Section 66-14-8 - Reinstatement

Any individual may apply for reinstatement of a cancelled license by performing the following:

(a) Submitting an application for reinstatement;

(b) paying the required reinstatement fee; and

(c) providing evidence of obtaining 30 CEUs in the immediately preceding two-year period.
