Section 60-7-104 - Reinstatement of license(a) Any applicant whose Kansas license has lapsed may reinstate the license by submitting satisfactory proof that the applicant within the preceding two-year period has obtained 30 hours of approved continuing education. (b) Any applicant whose license has lapsed may request that a one-time, temporary permit to practice for 120 days be issued while the applicant completes the required continuing education hours. Kan.
