Section 50-2-24m - Levy and distraint; records of sale(a) Requirement. A record of all sales and redemptions of real property shall be kept by the secretary. The record shall set forth the tax for which any sale was made, the dates of seizure and sale, the name of the employer, all proceedings in making the sale, the amount of expenses, the names of the purchasers and the date of the deed. (b) Copy as evidence. A copy of the record, or any part thereof, certified by the secretary, shall be evidence in any court of the truth of the facts stated. Kan. Admin. Regs. § 50-2-24m
