Section 44-6-136a - Forfeited good time on postincarceration supervision release

Forfeited good time on postincarceration supervision release shall be computed from the date of release on supervision to the date on which delinquent time on postincarceration supervision release began or to admission to a Kansas department of corrections facility if DTLOPIS does not apply. Good time forfeited on or after August 1, 1989 shall be at the rate in effect on that date. Good time forfeited before August 1, 1989 shall be at the rate in effect at the time of the forfeiture.
