Section 40-15-7 - Same; agents; qualification

(a) Unless licensed as a variable contract agent, an agent shall not be eligible to sell or offer for sale a variable contract.

(b) An agent who participates only in the sale or offering for sale of variable contracts that are not registered under the federal securities act of 1933 shall not be required to be licensed as a variable contract agent.
