Section 40-14-3 - Insurance premium finance companies; annual reports(a) Each licensee shall file a report annually with the commissioner of insurance. The report shall contain information concerning the business and operations during the preceding calendar or fiscal year within the state. (b) The report shall be filed on or before the first day of April. The time for filing may be extended by the commissioner of insurance for a period not in excess of 60 days. (c) The report shall be subscribed and affirmed by the licensee under the penalty of perjury. The report shall be in the form prescribed by the commissioner of insurance who may make and publish annually an analysis and recapitulation of the reports. Kan. Admin. Regs. § 40-14-3
