Each Kansas state-chartered association with branches in other states shall be billed for supervisory fees as if all assets were present within the state of Kansas except that the association shall be credited for fees paid to supervisory authorities in the other states. Credit extended for the fees paid shall not exceed the amounts that would be assessed upon the assets or liabilities if the assets or liabilities were present within the state of Kansas.
