Section 28-9-7 - Individual mausoleums; replacement of structure or parts thereof

Whenever the failure of one of these mausoleums causes offensive odors or effluvia to arise therefrom, and such failure comes to the attention of the department, the manufacturer shall be required to replace or repair the structure or the defective portion.
