Section 28-46-26a - Prohibited class V wells

The following types of class V wells shall be prohibited:

(a) Motor vehicle waste disposal wells; and

(b) wells receiving untreated or inadequately treated domestic sewage, as specified in K.A.R. 28-5-5.
