Section 28-4-510 - Diagnosis and monitoring(a) Each person with a confirmed diagnosis of any of the diseases specified in K.S.A. 65-180, and amendments thereto shall be eligible to receive medical specialist monitoring upon the department's annual receipt of the person's current address, insurance data, and documentation of continued medical need from a medical specialist. (b) Each medical specialist shall meet the following requirements: (1) Provide consultation and diagnosis; and (2) provide and coordinate ongoing monitoring. Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-4-510
