Section 28-4-405b - Termination(a) Any provider may be terminated by the secretary from participation in the services for children with special health care needs program for one or more of the following reasons: (1) Voluntary withdrawal of the provider from participation in the program; (2) suspension or termination of a required professional license or certificate; or (3)(A) non-compliance with applicable state laws or regulations; or (B) unethical or unprofessional conduct. (b) Any provider may request a hearing before termination of a provider's participation in the services for children with special health care needs program for either of the reasons listed in paragraph (a) (3).
