Section 28-4-405b - Termination
(a) Any provider may be terminated by the secretary from participation in the services for children with special health care needs program for one or more of the following reasons:
(1) Voluntary withdrawal of the provider from participation in the program;
(2) suspension or termination of a required professional license or certificate; or
(3)
(A) non-compliance with applicable state laws or regulations; or
(B) unethical or unprofessional conduct.
(b) Any provider may request a hearing before termination of a provider's participation in the services for children with special health care needs program for either of the reasons listed in paragraph (a) (3).
