Section 28-35-241 - Applicability

This part shall establish requirements for the diagnostic use of X-rays in medicine, dentistry, osteopathy, chiropractic, podiatry, and veterinary medicine. The provisions of this part shall be in addition to, and not in substitution for, the other applicable provisions of these regulations.
