Section 28-25-9 - Instruments and supplies

(a) All supplies and instruments which come in direct contact with a patron and cannot be disinfected shall be disposed of in a covered waste receptacle immediately after use.

(b) No person training or working in a school or establishment shall be permitted to carry any instrument or supplies in or on a garment or uniform.
