Section 28-16-133 - Small minority and women's business enterprises

Each loan recipient for a wastewater treatment works equivalency project shall assure that affirmative steps were taken to utilize small, minority and women's businesses as sources of supplies, construction and services. Affirmative steps shall be documented and submitted to the department. Project-specific goals may be set by the secretary.
