Section 28-16-121 - Infiltration and inflow

Each loan applicant for a sewerage facility project shall demonstrate that:

(a) the existing sewage collection systems related to the proposed project are not subject to excessive infiltration or inflow; or

(b) the loan applicant has been implementing an effective ongoing infiltration and inflow reduction program for those sewage collection systems.
