Section 28-15a-63 - Maximum contaminant levels for microbiological contaminants

The provisions of 40 C.F.R. 141.63(c), (e), and (f), as in effect on July 1, 2015, are hereby adopted by reference, except that "subpart Q of this part" shall be replaced by " K.A.R. 28-15a-201 " and "subpart Y of this part" shall be replaced by " K.A.R. 28-15a-851."
