Section 28-15a-170 - Enhanced filtration and disinfection requirements for subpart H systems serving 10,000 or more people

The provisions of 40 C.F.R. 141.170 and 40 C.F.R. 141.172 through 141.175, as in effect on July 1, 2015, are hereby adopted by reference, except that "this subpart P" shall be replaced by " K.A.R. 28-15a-170."
