Section 28-15a-130 - Disinfectant residuals, disinfection by-products, and disinfection by-product precursors

The provisions of 40 C.F.R. 141.130 through 141.135, as in effect on July 1, 2015, are hereby adopted by reference with the following alterations:

(a) "Appendix A to subpart C of this part" shall be replaced by " K.A.R. 28-15a-27."

(b) "Subpart Q of this part" shall be replaced by " K.A.R. 28-15a-201

(c)" "Subparts U and V of this part" shall be replaced by

" K.A.R. 28-15a-600 and K.A.R. 28-15a-620."
