Section 28-15a-110 - General requirements for treatment techniques

The provisions of 40 C.F.R. 141.110, as in effect on July 1, 2015, are hereby adopted by reference, except that "subpart K of this part" shall be replaced by

" K.A.R. 28-15a-110 and K.A.R. 28-15a-111."
