Section 28-15-59 - Project certification

Each loan recipient shall certify to the secretary whether or not the project meets its design requirements on the date one year after the initiation of operation of the project. The loan recipient shall be responsible for assuring timely correction and compliance, including recertification if the initial certification concluded that the project did not meet its design requirements.
