Section 28-14-2 - Schedule of fees

Each public water supply system submiting any samples for analysis to the office of laboratory services of the Kansas department of health and environment shall receive a quarterly statement reflecting the cost of services rendered during the previous calendar quarter. Fees shall be paid to the Kansas department of health and environment within 30 days of the date on the statement. Failure to pay fees may result in denial of future analytical services until the public water supply system pays all outstanding fees.

(a) Until the fees specified in subsection (b) are effective, the fee for each sample analysis shall be the following:

(1) Inorganic chemical analyses:

(A) Alkalinity
