Section 26-10-1 - Administration of medicaid programs

The long-term care medicaid programs that are described in K.A.R. 30-2-17, the administration of which is transferred to the secretary of aging from the secretary of social and rehabilitation services, pursuant to K.S.A. 1996 Supp. 39-968, 75-5321a, and 75-5945et seq., as amended, shall be administered in accordance with the authorities referenced in K.S.A. 1996 Supp. 75-5945, as amended, and with K.A.R. 30-2-17, as in effect on July 1, 1997.
