Section 14-21-14 - Cereal malt beverages; sale allowed(a) Any drinking establishment may sell cereal malt beverages upon the licensed premises if: (1) The drinking establishment notifies the director when it obtains a license for the retail sale of cereal malt beverages; (2) the drinking establishment notifies the director of each renewal of the license for the retail sale of cereal malt beverages; and (3) the drinking establishment dispenses cereal malt beverage only for consumption upon the licensed premises. (b) Violation of any cereal malt beverage statute shall subject the drinking establishment licensee to suspension or revocation of its license or to a monetary fine under the procedures of K.A.R. 14-16-14 et seq.
