Section 123-13-501 - Preservation of all reports

No disciplinary reports and no summary judgment citations shall be destroyed for any reason. If written in error or incorrectly written, the report or citation shall be assigned a case number and shall be marked "void" and placed in the chronological disciplinary file at the facility. If the charge was dismissed or a finding of not guilty was made by the disciplinary hearing officer, then the report shall be marked accordingly and placed in the chronological disciplinary file at the facility.

This regulation shall be effective on and after April 8, 2005.
