Section 123-12-301 - Fighting; violence

(a) Each of the following acts shall be prohibited, unless the act is done in self-defense:

(1) Fighting;

(2) any act other than fighting that constitutes violence; and

(3) any act that is likely to lead to violence.

(b) Each violation of this regulation shall be a class I offense.

This regulation shall be effective on and after April 8, 2005.
