Section 121-11-1 - Definitions

For purposes of this article, the following definitions shall apply:

(a) "Continuing credit union" means a credit union that continues in operation after a merger.

(b) "Merging credit union" means a credit union that ceases to exist as an operating credit union at the time of a merger.
