Section 115-12-1 - Game breeders, operational requirements(a) Each game breeder shall provide a report of activities to the secretary on or before June 30. The report shall include the following information: (3) current game breeders permit number; (4) the number of each species sold; and (5) other information as required by the secretary. (b) Each game breeder shall provide a bill of sale to each person purchasing wildlife. The bill of sale shall contain the game breeder's name and permit number and the bill of sale shall state the species and number of wildlife purchased, purchaser's name and address and date of purchase. (c) In lieu of submitting the report as specified in subsection (a), items 1 through 4, any permittee may submit copies of all bills of sale to the secretary on or before June 30; provided that the copies are legible and that the name, address and permit number of the permittee is identified with the bills of sale.
