Section 115-10-2 - Special surety bond authorized

(a) Any vendor agent may elect to satisfy the special surety bond requirements provided in K.S.A. 1989 Supp. 32-985 by executing a special surety in favor of the state of Kansas as provided in K.A.R. 115-10-3.

(b) Each special surety bond shall be in a form approved by the secretary.
