Section 112-8-12 - Complaints

Each complaint against an official or officials shall be made in writing, signed by the complainant and filed with the racing judges. Complaints that allege the violation of any law of the state of Kansas or regulation of the commission may be made by any person. Each complaint and the racing judges' decision concerning it shall be reported to the commission.
