Section 112-3-15 - Annual certified financial audit of organization licensee

(a) Each organization licensee shall file annually a financial audit as required by K.S.A. 1987, Supp. 74-8813(i) on or before 90 days after the licensee's fiscal year end. The licensee's audit shall be filed with the executive director at the commission office.

(b) This regulation shall take effect on and after October 1, 1988.
