Section 112-14-3 - Drivers' meeting

(a) Before the first race at any harness meet is run, each official and each driver shall meet at a time and place designated by the chief steward to discuss the rules. Each driver shall be notified of the time and place of this meeting in writing. The notice shall be delivered to the stable of the driver at least one day before the meeting.
