Section 112-11-18 - Obedience to security guards and commission representatives

Each licensee and individual at a race track facility shall not willfully ignore or refuse to obey or interfere with any order issued by the commission, the commission's representatives, the stewards or racing judges, any security guard of the facility or any law enforcement officer or other public safety official when the order is given in the performance of duty.
