Section 112-11-11 - Access to restricted areas

Each organization licensee shall prevent access to and shall remove or cause to be removed from its restricted areas any person who is unlicensed or who has not been issued a temporary visitor's pass or whose presence in the restricted area is unauthorized. The provisions of this regulation shall not prevent a public safety official when on duty or an individual authorized by the commission from entering a restricted area.
