Section 112-107-28 - Server-supported electronic gaming systems

(a) Any facility manager may utilize a server-supported electronic gaming system if that system has been tested and approved by the commission under K.A.R. 112-107-3.

(b) Each server-supported electronic gaming system shall meet the requirements of the act, this article, and article 110.

(c) Before utilizing a server-supported electronic gaming system, each facility manager shall establish a system of internal controls for the server-supported electronic gaming system. The internal controls shall be submitted to and approved by the commission under K.A.R. 112-104-1. The internal controls submitted by the facility manager shall address the integrity, security, and control of the server-supported electronic gaming system.
