Section 112-107-23 - Electronic gaming monitoring systems

(a) Any facility manager may utilize an electronic gaming monitoring system that has an interface between it, EGMs, and related systems if the electronic gaming monitoring system has been tested and approved by the commission under K.A.R. 112-107-3.

(b) Each electronic gaming monitoring system shall meet the requirements of the act, this article, and article 110.
