Section 112-106-7 - Retention of surveillance recordings

(a) All recordings depicting the detention or questioning of an individual suspected of procedural errors, regulatory violations, or criminal activity shall be copied and provided to law enforcement agents upon request. Each recording shall be retained by the facility manager for at least 60 days.

(b) Each recording not specified in subsection (a) shall be retained for at least 30 days.
