Section 110-5-4 - Quarterly report

On or before January 15, April 15, July 15, and October 15 of each year, the Kansas department of revenue shall be given a list of nonmetropolitan regions including those which have been approved during the prior calendar quarter by the Kansas secretary of commerce and housing.
