Section 110-4-4 - Enforcement of agreements by the secretary

Each agreement, as defined by K.S.A. 74-50,103 and amendments thereto, shall be enforced by the secretary. In order to facilitate enforcement by the secretary, each agreement shall include the department as a party to the agreement with enforcement rights.
