Section 11-7-4 - Project work plan amendment

(a) An amendment to the project work plan may be submitted to the commission for review.

(b) An amendment that involves a funding increase and is approved shall be funded from available non-point source pollution control funds.

(c) An amendment that involves a funding increase and is not approved shall be returned with the reason for disapproval. Appeal may be made in writing within 15 days after the notice of disapproval.
