Section 106-2-2 - Certain misdemeanors constituting grounds for disqualification of applicants

Pursuant to K.S.A. 74-5605 and amendments thereto, an applicant shall not have had a conviction for misdemeanor theft, as defined in K.S.A. 2011 Supp. 21-5801 and amendments thereto, occurring within 12 months before the date of application for certification.
