Section 105-9-1 - General provisions

(a) All claims for payment for legal representation provided to an indigent defendant by attorneys, court reporters, investigators and all others shall be submitted to the board for payment not later than 60 days after the termination of services.

(b) Unless otherwise specified, all claims that comply with these rules and regulations shall be processed for payment by the director.

(c) Claims not conforming with rules and regulations prescribed by the board may be denied payment.
