Section 102-8-2 - Fees

(a) Each applicant for licensure as an assistant behavior analyst or a behavior analyst shall pay the appropriate fee or fees as follows:

(1) Initial assistant behavior analyst license, $70;

(2) initial behavior analyst license, $70;

(3) renewal of an assistant behavior analyst license, $70; or

(4) renewal of a behavior analyst license, $120.

(b) Fees paid to the board shall not be refundable.
